A standard bathroom takes two visits over roughly three days. Day one covers prep, priming and the first coat, day two is the second coat, then we flood test for 24 hours before releasing the area to your tiler.

Often, yes. We inspect first to identify whether the failure is at the grout, the silicone, the waste or the membrane itself. Where the membrane is intact we can seal from above with minimal demolition. If the membrane has failed, we will tell you straight and quote a full rebuild.
